3L Enterprise established by 3 engineering and business consultants was first established in Melbourne in 1990. The core competencies of the company range from electrical engineering services to commercial & residential building inspections. With vast experience in major government projects, and residential works in Victoria over the 35 years of operation, we are more than equipped to provide technical solutions and reports to meet your needs.

All our Electrical Engineers and Building Inspectors are qualified in the relevant disciplines. The Managing Director, Lawrence Lee has had over 40 years experience working in both the government and private sector in project management, detailed design, electrical consulting and building inspections. He is a Chartered Engineer, Registered Building Practitioner, and a member of both MAIPM & MIEAUST. At 3L we strongly value best practice and hence provide only the most qualified consultant for the job.
